Paul O'Brien
Paul O’Brien is the managing partner with our firm. Paul has been with the firm since 1987. He has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of commercial transactions and commercial litigation including but not limited to the acquisition and disposal of properties-commercial, residential, retail and industrial and the acquisition of companies and all corporate law matters.
Paul is a former member of the Law Society of Ireland Conveyancing Committee and carries out a substantial body of work on Tax based incentives on properties, on project finance and on asset and corporate/share sales.
Paul’s area of practice is always very much advice and client centred.

David O'Brien
David is a partner in our firm. David joined the firm in 1992 and specialises in a wide range of Conveyancing matters, in Local Authority Property Transactions, in Planning Legislation and in the Administration of Estates.
David has a wide and varied private client base and acts for private individuals, business clients and companies large and small.

Orla O'Brien
Orla qualified in 1986 and has a long experience in all areas of general practice. She now specialises in the areas of Conveyancing, Probate, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. In the past, Orla has worked at the offices of Michael Tynan and Company and Messrs. Sweeney McGann, Solicitors here in Limerick and brings very sound experience to the practice.

Katie Foy
Katie is a Senior Litigation Solicitor in our Litigation Department who has vast experience in the Circuit Court, High Court and Supreme Court. Katie advises a large client base comprising private and corporate clients both local and national.

Mary Geary
Mary is a senior solicitor in the litigation department, having joined the firm in 1995. She has vast experience in all aspects of litigation, acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in High Court, Circuit Court and District Court actions. She provides advice to a large client base comprising private and corporate clients both local and national.
She specialises in the areas of personal injury litigation, family Law and employment Law. In the area of personal injury litigation, she has extensive experience in all types of claims such as Road Traffic accidents, occupational injuries, medical and professional negligence claims, fatal injury claims and Garda Compensation claims. She also advises on breach of Contract claims, building disputes and Arbitrations. As regards Family law, she deals with all aspects to include Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation, Divorce, Nullity, Co-habitation, Guardianship, Custody and Access.
However, Mary has a particular interest in the area of Employment law which is currently a much sought after and technical area of legal expertise. She has built up knowledge and experience on the application of employment legislation from regularly advising both employers and employees in relation to an array of issues from Disciplinary, Dismissal and Redundancy matters to business re-structuring and take-overs, and by frequently attending at Rights Commissioner, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Labour Court and Circuit Court hearings. She has been successfully involved in high profile High Court Injunction applications.

Louise Riordan
Louise is a senior litigation Solicitor having joined the firm in 1997. Louise attends the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court. She specialises in area of Personal Injury both Plaintiff and Defence to include road traffic accidents, work accidents and public liability cases. Louise acts on behalf of private clients, corporations and insurance companies.

Barry O'Connor
Barry joined our practice in 2024 as a newly qualified Solicitor. During Barry’s training and since he has joined our Firm, he has gained vast experience in Litigation, Conveyancing and Probate matters.

Eoin Murphy - Financial Controller
