Paul O'Brien
Paul is a consultant with our firm. Paul has been with the firm since 1987. He has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of commercial transactions including but not limited to the acquisition and disposal of properties, commercial, retail and industrial.
Paul, a former member of the Law Society of Ireland Conveyancing Committee, advises clients on tax based incentives on properties, on project finance, on assets/share sales. Paul's client base operates on a regional, national and international basis.
In recent times Paul has been particularly specialising in the area of acting for private clients, businesses large and small in dealing with insolvency, debt and banking difficulties.
Paul area of practice is very much advice centred.
